How to upgrade HS105 firmware using PC

When I go into my Kasa app, it shows that all my devices are up to date with firmware. But I know that the firmware on my HS105 is old. On the Kasa app under device settings, it shows 1.0.6. I have read on this forum that the current version is 1.2.x. I heard that you need to use a PC to get the latest firmware. Can someone send me the instructions on how to do this, and where to get the new firmware.
Is there a link that lists all current firmware versions for HS100, HS105 and HS200. I own one of each.
