Setup an HS100 but can not get a confirmation email for remote operation

I am a new user. Setup went well and I activated "remote cntrol". I have a gmail account. I never received a confirmation email. It is not in spam and was not filtered. How can I have it resent? I did a factory reset and did setup a second time. Same result.
