HS100 Smart Plug, Not able to reset.

Just got two HS100 Smart Plugs. After setting them up the first time, we decided to use a different Alexa account. I was able to reset one and switch accounts. I have tried resetting the second one 15-20 times with no luck. Any suggestions?
