I get a poor live stream video quality when I stream using RTPS.

Moving objects become distorted, which is a sign of a low bit rate.

No issues viewing live stream through Tapo app but I can't constantly use an app for streaming. I need to see live stream when I'm not at home. Also wanted to store everything on a hard drive instead of SD card but if the video quality is so poor over LAN I can't use a hard drive to store everything, which sucks.

Is there any solution to this? Can you increase bit rate for live stream for RTPS?
