I would ensure that all of your detection settings are still set correctly. Without any detections, particularly motion detection, the camera will not wake up unless manually triggered.

I would not think that a router would be the cause, as the camera will wake up and record to its SD card - even when its network connection fails. I would also make an effort to reboot the device so that it has a chance to clear any problematic settings, before you do a reset of the devic's network settings.
