I want to link my DL110 door lock to my D225 doorbell so whichever button is pressed I get the call notification and can talk to the person at the door. The article Which Doorbells support binding to the Tapo Smart Door Lock? | Tapo says it is available with D225 firmware version 1.1.18. The link says 1.1.18 is released but my D225 stays on 1.1.16 and won’t update. Is there any news on this? Thank you.

We typically look for these features and announce them when their firmware is officially released. An FAQ for the feature may mean that the feature is being tested or in our beta program right now.
My D225 is also on 1.1.16, so I would assume that is just the planned update where we will see it. There are a few updates planned for the device beyond this, so things may change depending on the development. However given we are seeing bundles with the two devices occassionally, I suspect that the feature is still well on its way.
