Model: Deco X55 Pro

Firmware Version: 1.6.1

We have X55 throughout our home and smart appliances that use wifi. AX3000 system. At 3:30am the Deco system reboots and all hell breaks loose from the appliances due to losing internet connection. The reboot schedule is turned off and yet somehow this happens at least 2-3 times a week.

I contacted TP-LINK and they said if it's already set to no reboot schedule, set one up for a time during the day and it should stop doing it in the night. Still happened.

I have switched internet providers, and it still happens.

I have my old Netgear Nighthawk router, and I'm about to just set the Deco master to access point and see if that helps (doubt it), or just toss the entire system and try someone else's mesh system.

  @ChuckNorse  Did you try a hard reset of the router(s)?  Surprised TP-Link support did not recommend it.
