Does it look like their may be moisture that may be on the lens or inside of the camera? Is the image cloudy or blurry?

If the camera has been directly exposed to the elements or their has been dramatic humidity changes - its possible for the lens to fog up.

The quickest and safest solution is to typically bring the camera indoors to dry out, then placing the camera in a bag with silica packets, allowing the camera to adjust the outside temperature (absent of moisture) by setting the bag outside, and then finally mounting. I have also heard of people gently warming the camera with a hairdryer.
