Setup c220 camera on home wifi network (spectrum). Initial issues with camera not formatting or functioning using micro SD card! however I was able to finalize setup without SD card - camera worked in app as expected for an evening then lost connectivity. Also during initial setup I made sure that firmware was updated! Now I cannot get the camera to reconnect to the app at all. 

For troubleshooting I tried

1. reset camera

2. remove camera & attempt readding device

- My home wifi network name has never been found again!

3. rescan for networks

4. "Other" manually "enter a 2.4GHz network information"

- "unable to join your network"

5. forget tapo device from home wifi network

6. "set up smart devices using the 2.4GHz frequency" thru home wifi network

7. delete & redownload Tapo app

- i do not have another smart device to attempt setup with at this time! EDIT: i have tried an iphone and an android. neither device will bring up my home wifi network.
