C425 offline issue

Hi,
I recently bought the Tapo C425 camera, and it works fine in the first couple of weeks, but this week, it start to encounter "offline" issue. I checked my wifi router, the camera still connect to my wifi, so it should not be the wifi signal issue, Plus I have a Tapo door bell, which almost have the same distance as this C425 camera to my home wifi router and works well. So what could be the reason of this offline issue and is there any other solution besides mannually reset/restart the camera?
Thank you

If the TP Link programmers still can't solve the problem, they could at least release the old firmware as new or alternatively release a modified version of the latest one where it is possible to program an automatic reboot so as to avoid doing it manually every time. But what a hassle!

@Richie0414 well even brand new out of the box won't pair. This is a replacement for a C425 that was going offline randomly and staying offline. Can't easily power-off/power-on a camera that is 9 feet off the ground. The old is the 1.2.24 firmware and I suspect the new one is too. TAPO was going to be the replacement to competitor's product that requires subscription, but I guess that idea is now moot. I thought this tech was mature already? Based on the community boards so many products seem to have so many issues. The old camera is back online while I fuss with this one, but for how long?

Another update. Both of my C425 cameras went offline about 2 weeks ago. Since I am not home at the moment, I have no way of restarting the cameras. But overnight, one of the 2 cameras came back to life on its own. It's still running the same 1.2.24 firmware when it went offline. No idea why it suddenly reconnected. The other one is still offline. Very frustrating.

I received another update (1.2.25) for both cameras two days ago. Since then, they haven't gone offline again. Before that, they would go offline 2-3 times a day for me.
Let's see if this firmware finally fixed the issue.

Hello.
I do not yet have the new firmware. I am still at 1.2.24
I have not had issues since I tried something a bit different with my network though.
I have a TP Link Deco Mesh wifi. And I suspect the issue came when switching from one access point to the other one.
So in the settings of the camera in the Deco app, I forced them to connect to the closest access point. So far, no issues but it always happened quite randomly so I am crossing my fingers that this was the issue

this new firmware seems to work well. So far it has never gone offline (at least during my checks) and it also seems more responsive and faster when I connect. Also the battery drains more slowly. I hope I don't have any bad surprises soon but I'm satisfied. I'm waiting for the other two cams (which I bought later) to update to version 1.2.25
