Everytime I try to connect a device (android phone), it has a notification to sign into the network even though it saved the password. When click on the notification,  it brings up some screen saying tp-link at the top and splashes a popuo that says website blocked, and even thouth I have a wifi symbol up top, there is no data. When I go back to wifi, it still has sign in to the network under the network name. 

When I look into the deco app on my Android phone,  which has no issues and isn't under parental controls, there is no log of anything getting blocked. I have forgot the network added it back with no resolution. I haven't taken it back off parental controls to see if it resolves, but it started when I put it on parental controls.
