Hello! Our KP405 recently stopped working. It no longer appears in the app, and when we plug it in the light flashes green and amber rapidly. Further, any light connected to it will turn on / off rapidly in the same manner. We've tried resetting / reconnecting to app to no avail. Any tips appreciated. Thanks!
