I bought a Tapo C402 i got it up and running. It works on alexa but not on google home. Is there something wrong with the camera? Thanks
I think you should be able to do this no problem, especially since it already is workign in Alexa. At what point in the setup are you having difficulties? Are you able to see the device in the Google Home app?
You may consider disconnecting and reconnecting your Tapo account from the Google Home App, as this will force all of your devices to be brought in again and will fix most behaviors related to the cloud connection between Google and our servers.
@tim66214 all my Google does is spin, I have tried to unlink it from Google, and Alexa, and deleted the app on Tapo, nothing seems to work, except reset the camera which I have not done yet.
