Purchased a HS-110 kit, 1 connects, 1 will not
Purchased a HS-110 Kit, 1 connected quick, 1 will not connect regardless of what I do. What now?

Hey @bear007,
What have you done to already troubleshoot? Where in the setup process do things go wrong? Are you able to see the setup Wi-Fi created by the Smart Plug?
You will likely need to perform a factory reset on the plug that will not connect to the network.
When resetting the device, make sure that you are not performing a soft reset (5 seconds) and that you are fully resetting the device by holding the settings button for the full 10 seconds.

I have done both resets, soft and hard. It doesn't matter. It never made it to set-up. It showed up in the app but is not highlighted. The only thing it did do was update and after that it would say it could not connect.
