@Tony_Gee Yes, It is unfortunate.  They almost had it working with a patch they provided for me once about a year ago.  It didn't always work though.  It also didn't remain working once subsequent firmware updates were applied, so I don't think they ever migrated the code into the production releases.

The only solution for me has been to allow my kids to grow older and for me to just give up on trying to enforce screen time schedules.

This has been very disappointing and frustrating givent he countless hours I have put into troubleshooting and trying to get it to work.

Model: Deco XE75PRO Hardware Version: US2.6 FW Version 1.2.3..... I have been trying to get my parental controls to work for about 5 days now. Support on the phone told me that in case my 10 year old wants to look at explicit sites- they should make sure to clear their cache first to ensure that the parental controls work so they don't look at explicit sites. In the case that that solution doesn't work, I should let my 10 year old know to reset his device often to ensure that the parental controls work in case he wants to look at explicit sites. (not verbatim but in essence) The only control Homeshield parental control's has is ensuring it wastes your time and money.

Not just me then?! Spoken to 2 different agents today and despite this thread and numerous other people involved in troubleshooting, they were totally oblivious.

Also told me "we don't do refunds". We'll see about that @TP-Link

Not only have you mis-sold a promise of being able to have control of what our families are exposed to, you also thought necessary to provide a sub standard app only interface then have the audacity to charge extra for features that don't work.

Whoever decided the the web interface was a nice to have in favour of an app that fails the moment you switch screens needs their head testing. Whoever persisted with the idea despite scathing feedback from the consumers that pay you is even worse.
