Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.14

I've seen a lot of threads in these forums and on reddit going back a year with a similar problem, but no solutions that I can find.

 

Deco system works perfectly - devices see the network and connect, roam, etc. But the app shows zero devices connected to each mesh device. I originally noticed this when deco showed a constant number of devices even though I added a handful of devices this month. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and now it shows zero devices. I also checked on another phone, and on the router web page, and all show zero devices connected.

 

I need to set up things like port forwarding, parental controls, prioritized devices, etc., and it is now impossible. Any idea at all wha tto do to get devices showing up again?

Well, it's as described for the network map. I followed the directions in previous posts to get an app log, but none of the support options showed that. Note that the app from two different phones, as well as directly connecting to the router show any devices connected, so this feels an awful lot like a firmware problem.
