I have ATT fiber at 2.5 Gbps this is worse than LTE... anyone have any clue what the hell is going on? I have tried every single thing. QoS is off.

I just did a test, also with an iPhone 15 Pro Max as a comparison for you. Also you can see my WiFi settings from the app in screenshots as well as a reference for you. I have 2gig service from Frontier.
edit: Here is a test from my desktop system which is hard wired as a reference as well

Some more of my settings from the web GUI which has more exposed options than the iOS app. TWT is not currently enabled ad OFDMA/MU-MIMO is set to OFDMA+MU-MIMO.

This device is getting slower and worse day by day. I have Model: Archer BE800 Hardware Version: V1 Firmware Version: 1.0.9 Build 20230914 rel.69752(5553). Sometimes it run very fast and gives good net speed but mostly faces problems. I'm working on a client site but due to a disturbance in internet speed. I'm unable to complete my task due to those problems. Hope this issue can be solved as soon as possible.

Hey @David_2004,
I would recommend either creating a new thread with additional details or, if you are need of more urgent support, getting in contact with our support teams.
Without a bit more context about your network setup, settings, or other device - it is impossible to rule out some of the common behaviors that we see.
