Hardware Version: V16

Firmware Version: V1.6_1.0.11

Hello

I am plug fiber cable with SFP+ adapter 10gtek 1490nm/1310nm

same standard used on my old router

And it does not work without any extra information, mobile app of deco just says that cable not connected but it is connected

So How to fix this problem and find whats wrong?

Is your SFP module like the following one:

And Do you use SFP+ connection on Deco for Scenario 3 mentioned here:

Looks like my problem that i really have Scenario 1, but bought modules for scenario 3. i did not know difference

so seems i need GPON modem like this -
