I have three of these ‎KL400L5 light strips.   They CANNOT stay consistently attached to my wifi network.   I have 40 other devices, including TP-Link KASA plugs, Phillips WIZ lights strips, and GOVEE light strips and none of them disconnect from the network ... ever.

 

These strips disconnect at least once a day, and when they do the physical button to manually operate the device doesnt work either.  This is a clear indication that there is a hardware failure on the device.   

 

Replacements need to be issued, this is a widespread problem and it is not a wifi problem

  @Compbl Video of first one of the day... button on controller is non functional.... Not a wifi issue.

Clearly a defect in the unit..... waiting for the third unit to lock up sometime today
