HS220 switch was installed a while ago and was working fine. I installed 5 other switches in the house and they are all working fine.

Just this one switch has stopped working. It will not respond to physically turning on or off. Lights remain off and will not turn on. Switch seems to have lights working correctly. Also it is communicating with the app. However, the lights are not turning on/off from the switch or from the app. Help!
