Set up no internet/ maybe hotspot?
I have 2 3 way switch I installed at work but I have no internet. How can I set them up, I only want to program the timer on them. I tried using my hot spot on my phone but that's not working? I have a Samsung android phone. Are their any ways to set them up? Again I just want to set the timers I don't need the app access all the time.
