Model: HS103
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.0.3

My plugs work great but I have a few that are in my bedroom and even though one of them is under the bed you can still see the glow during the night - is there some way to disable the status lights?

The plug may have this ability.  Open the Kasa app, tap on the plug's icon then tap on the settings cog in the upper right corner of the screen.  Look for LED Status and toggle to turn it off.

@Carl - there is no such setting on the plug - I can only change the icon and name or look at the detailed settings (WiFi network, F/W version, etc.) but nothing to change the LED status.

@ddb

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Sorry that our kasa plug doesn't support LED control currently, but we appreciate your feedback. I will log this feature request and pass it along to the team. I'm moving this conversation into the ‘Feature Request (Routers)' area and tagging it as a ‘Future Consideration’ for better visibility. Feel free to let us know of any other feature requests you may have, we’d be happy to send them up for you.

I was informed that the LED control feature is right now only on select plugs.  For instance the screen capture was from a KP405.  As @Solla-topee  mentioned this will be added to our request form and see if it can be added to all products in the future.
