Firmware Version: 1.0.12

Having exact same issue as everyone here, please god tell us how to downgrade firmware.

KS230 Kit no longer functions manually at both physical switches, blinks red, cannot restart, cannot reset, always blinking red.

An old switch with the old firmware works just fine. Please help. How do I downgrade. I have literally 7 KS230Kits all over the house.

here you go;

Can you see tp-link smart switch still gets an IP address on router client list or if KS230 still connects to WiFi, if so

Please try to downgrade current firmware and see if that helps

Thank you very much, the downgrade has fixed my devices.

I am now on 1.0.10 and all is functional.
