Most of the electrical outlets in this older home are installed in the BASEBOARD - with the receptacle oriented HORIZONTALLY.

All of the smart plugs want you to plug them into a VERTICALLY aligned outlet. As such, I cannot plug in any of my mini smart plugs into the baseboard outlets.

I'm looking for a solution that doesn't involve replacing or moving the outlet. Something such as the Kasa Wifi Power Strip (KP303) could work. However, with three individually-controlled outlets it is overkill for my needs. I only need ONE controlled outlet.

is there anything else out there that would meet my needs?
