Hi, turning on/of the plugs with the kasa app works just fine, the issue is when i try turning them on with alexa (turning them off works fine), when i say "alexa turn plugs on" they will turn on for a quarter of second and then turn back off, any idea why they won't stay on? How can i solve this?

Make sure KASA device can be remotely controlled at first: If turn off Wi-Fi on your cell phone and use mobile data only, can you turn On/ Off KASA devices on KASA app?
Does plug work fine if it is controlled via Kasa app?
If remote control is working on your smart device, confirm Alexa APP is up-to-date, and relink Kasa device ( disable and enable Kasa skill) on Alexa :

Confirm Kasa app and the firmware of your kasa device are up to date as well.
