Please add the cycle power option to individual plug in the smart plugs.  This would just be an option that would remove power to the plug, then like 5 seconds later, restore power to the plug.  This is for the sittuation where someone wanted to use a smart plug to manage the power to their internet components, and needed to remotely cycle the power to their internet stuff when the family says the internet is spotty and the ISP says its a customer hardware problem.
