Will not connect to Wi-Fi
WhenI plug them in, the lights blink orange and blue, but my iphone says they cannot connect to wi-fi. What can I do?

Go into the app permissions in your phone and make sure the local network option is enabled:
Other things to check would be that the iPhone is not using a VPN connection, verifying the wireless password being used is correct.
