The kasa apps asked for update firmware, but my phone just out of battery when it's updating...now I have no light on it. I tried to reset it by holding the reset button for more than 1 minute and still no working...is it any other way to reinstall the firmware or reboot it?
It sounds like the product has been bricked. This is similar to what can happen if a router's firmware is being updated and there is a lost of internet or power. Typically this is not something that is covered by the limited waranty as its not a manufacture defect or something we have control over. Though you can email kasa.support@tp-link.com explain the situation and see if they can provide an exception.
