Schedule not working
Hello - When I set up a schedule it doesn't work. On my iPhone, I have deleted and reinstalled the app, did factory reset on plug. I've done several tests and it doesn't want to work. The date and time are correct in the app. Zero updates need to be done. It turns off/on, the timer feature and away features all work except the schedules which is the main reason I purchased it. I've tried online chat - useless. Waiting to hear a reply on the email I sent.
