Dimmer switch won't connect
When trying to link HS220 to Wi-Fi, always get "Unable to Connect to Your Smart Dimmer Wi-Fi". Light is blinking orange/green, Wi-Fi changed to TP-Link, but never connects.
When trying to link HS220 to Wi-Fi, always get "Unable to Connect to Your Smart Dimmer Wi-Fi". Light is blinking orange/green, Wi-Fi changed to TP-Link, but never connects.
Make sure your phone is not running any VPN software.
Reboot your phone, and also reinstall the Kasa app.
Also, factory reset the switch in case it is on the device end by holding the small reset button for 20 seconds.
If you happen to have another smartphone, try to set it up with that device. Once set up, you just log into your original phone, and the switch will pop up.
