Hi. I have a couple of newer HS100 smarts plugs that control table lamps. They have both started randomly switching on and off, only for a second each time. One of them has just done it 3 times in 5 minutes!? When they are on they never flash off, only ever flash on when they are meant to be off. I have Alexa integration.

 

Any ideas?

Start by checking the App store to see if there is a new version available of the app.  it should be 2.26.1 Build 825.  also check for firmware updates on the plugs.

@Carl Hi. Thanks for your reply. I have that version of the app and the firmware is showing as up to date.

@MrBug Did you ever receive a solution to this?  I'm experiencing the same thing.  So far i've been told to reset it, delete the schedule, check for updates.  Nothing seems to be working.

@Sony581 Hi. No I did not. They are still doing it.. I've run out of ideas.. They have been reliable for years so whats happened recently?

Hello,
I have the same problem too but my unit does not switch off by itself, only turns on by itself. Pretty annoying to, I have one of my 2 air-conditioners plugged into the unit and even though they are different brands of air-conditioners, one remote will turn on both ACs so sometimes I'll power up the AC in my living room without even knowing it.
