Firmware Version: 1.5.6

I've been using a Kasa smart plug for a couple years and mostly without issue.  That changed last night.  Kasa app says my smart plug is working, shows on and off, however, my lamp is not turning on or off.  It just stays off.  Lamp works when plugged directly into the wall socket but does not work when plugged into smart plug.  I did a reset and reconnected but no luck.   No firmware updates available.  The "smart" is still working but the "plug" part does not.  Is there a fix?  Or maybe a replacement process?

@Mnbvcxz098..... I am having the same issue since I woke up today about half of my switches.  Please let me know if you hear of a fix.

Test the physical button to see if that turns the lamp on or off, if not then reaching out to our support would be next.

@Tony the button works same as the app, it clicks on and off but the lamp never turns on.  Thanks for the response.

Alexa dropped them all.

 

None working  on Alexa.

 

Kasa app may or may not work.

I do have the same problem with the smart plugs which do have hardware V1. The device time has not changed by the last change to Winther time. What to do?
