Firmware Version: 1.5.11

The light won't turn off whenever I turn it off. It goes to 1% of the light.

I have the same issue, where there is still 1% of the power is still flowing to the bulbs. I have not tried using a different bulb. They are LED Edison bulbs. And new... and didn't have this issue with our old 3 way switch 🤷‍♀️

What typing of LED bulbs are they?  Our Dimmer works with TRIAC or forward-Phase control type bulbs.  If its a different type then the dimming fuction may not work properly if at all.
