Over the last week my smart plugs become unavailable consistently. If I refresh sometimes they come back but only for a few seconds. Our house lights are run on the Kasa smart plugs and we can't turn lights on or off. I have logged out of the app, reset plugs, and still having the same problem. The camera almost always stays connected though.

This could potentially be indicating an issue with your 2.4GHz band. Cameras have the abilty to connect to the 5GHz where as the bulbs do not. We would recommend changing the channel for your 2.4GHz band and reducing the bandwidth to 20MHz.
