LB120 Updates Fail

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.2.3

I keep trying to upgrade one of my LB120's and the upgrade fails with the message "Download status is 6". Can anyone tell me what that means?

We will reach out to the R and D team to find out. While we are waiting have you reset the blub and then tried to download during the setup process?
