LB120 keeps going out

My LB120 bulb keeps going out. When this happens Google Assistant still thinks it's turned on, and requests to turn it back on have no effect. Turning it off (with Google) and then on again do work. I thought it may be overheating or too bright but this is happening sometimes when it's only been on for a few minutes, and at 60% brightness.
