HS210 Light turns on and then off. HELP!
I am trying to Install HS210 into a 3-way light switch for house lights (not LED) with no dimmer. Once I get through the setup, I can control the switch successfully (in app and can hear click on switch), but the light comes on for a brief second and then turns off.
I’ve attached a photo of the wires going into my two existing light switches that have different colors. The playroom has grey, black & red (with a white wire in the box but not connected). The dining room has black, white and red. Both have ground wires not attached.
I tried to to find a solution in the community posts but only seem to find others having the issue without a reply of how it was fixed. I’ve tried lots of different wiring but none resolved it. Please help!
Hopefully this can be the post where others can find an answer.

@B.Will You Are A Genius!! Thank you so much!! That worked like a charm. Thank you for your help. I wouldn’t have figured that out. So for anyone else with issues I suggest posting a phot of the ‘before’ wiring.
@B.Will I am using the 2nd unit on another light. Can you help me again, please? Photo attached.

Looks like the red and black are the travelers.
The grey and white are the common/load.
Sounds like you can only replace the playroom because that has the spare white(neutral).
You can use the other 210 on another 3way.

Your Welcome, glad to be of help.
On this one the white and red are the travelers.
The black is common/load.
I do not see a white(neutral), is there a neutral in the box?
If not maybe there is one on the other end of the 3way?

Wires are connected wrong seems like: traveler wires and neutral wires come out of the same cable. The line/load wire can be d the same color of one of the travelers.
Plus you need to know which switch is the main line switch.
