Advice on options
Currently have some recessed lighting on a 3-way. One switch is standard on-off, and the other is an on-off with sliding dimmer (Lutron Toggler Dimmer?). You can toggle either switch to turn the lights on and off, but regardless the dimmer works just fine.
I'm looking for some advise if I could replace the standard with a HS210 and the dimmer with a HS220 and have this work in the same way?

No you can not.
The HS220 is not a 3-way switch.
Many people have asked that a 3-way dimmer be added to the product line.

Thanks Bill.
If I were to just replace the standard on-off with a HS-210 and left the dimming switch as-is, any thoughts on if that will work?

The standard 3-way dimmer will effect the power going to the HS210 which may damage it or make the HS210 unreliable
