Turn off led indicator on smart switch

Ihavr the hs200 installed in my bedroom. It works great, but has an led ring indicator when the light is off. Is there a way to turn that off? Or switch it so the indicator is only on when the light is on? I'm a light sleeper and black out my room.
Also I'm not looking for hack solutions like electrical tape. At that point I'll just get a different switch that doesn't have an indicator.

I would urge this be done across the entire product line. I hate the glow from my HS110s. Utterly unnecessary. Thanks everyone for prodding TP-Link to implement this.

They will probably release a new version $5 to $10 more expensive with the option to turn off/on/schedule the light. Then they can call it deluxe or something like that.
They probably cannot turn off the LED. Maybe the LED is connected to the power source intead of being connected to any of the CPU GPIO ports. Only this explain why they are taking so long to implement a so simple software solution or at least giving us a timeframe so they can release a software update.
May be we should pay that $10 more and migrate to the competitor and have a better designed product.

@Tony add me to the list of people that would like to be able to toggle the switch led off. It's just too bright at nighttime on our bedroom
