What Data Is Stored In TP-Link's "Cloud"
I assume that the ability to control the lights remotely (not being on the same network) is made possible because the device ID (or something like it) is stored on TP-Link's servers ("Cloud") and as long as I am logged in to the app, I can control the bulbs. Does anyone know what other information TP-Link is capturing, or how I can find out? Thanks.
