3 way Dimmer switch?
Does TP-Link have any plans in the near future to release a 3-way dimmer switch? I have the HS200 and HS220. I would love it if the HS220 had the 3Way capability.

@Carl Thanks Carl. This seems to be the standard tp-link beta test form tp-link has been using for testing routers and switches, how do they know that the person filling out this form wants to test out dimmers?

Yeah, I know you mentioned it awhile back, I was referring to the official announcement.

I somehow missed when I ordered a set of 3 way switches, that they weren't dimmable.. I realized that today when I installed one. So I thought, well I'll just order dimmable ones. Which led me here.. Huge disappointment they're not yet available. I wish I went with another brand!

Dumb question I'm sure I already know the answer to, but figured I'd ask anyway:
The 3-way dimmer kit shown in the link contains a pair of switches. There are other solutions out there that only require one side of the 3-way setup to be replaced, leaving the other side as a dumb switch. Are there any plans to sell single 3-way dimmable switches that will work with existing switches on the other end?

@fairlybasictech That is the way I've wired two of them on my end. With legacy switch on the non-hot side of the circuit and the TPLink switch on the hot side.

Same from. The choose participants based on the answers given and what they specifically need for the specific beta test. I do not know if that product will have a beta test but if it does then that is the form to fill out.

@fairlybasictech if I understand what TP Link is showing is a three-way approach using a new three-way dimmable switch with an existing kasa smart dimmer switch. Therefore if you have an existing smart dimmer it could become part of a three-way circuit by adding a new three-way smart switch. I am assuming when a three-way system is available it will come with a smart three-way switch and a standard smart dimmer switch. When you wire the two together you will have a dimmable circuit with two switches that can both control on/off and dimming. If this is their intended approach they should also consider selling just the new smart three-way switch alone so it can be added to an existing smart dimmer switch to create a three-way circuit.
