3 way Dimmer switch?
Does TP-Link have any plans in the near future to release a 3-way dimmer switch? I have the HS200 and HS220. I would love it if the HS220 had the 3Way capability.

@Carl Thanks for answering.
On the main switch I have black wire on traveler 1 and red wire on traveler two. I don't think I mixed the line with the traveler because I checked the voltage and plugged the black wire with energy on the line.
on the satellite switch I plugged the black wire on the traveler 1 and the red wire on the traveler 2. There was one last black wire that I don't know what to do with it. I left it unplugged. If I tried switching between the two back wires, but the one I left unplugged doesn't make the circuit works. Did I do it right?
About the firmware update. I didn't have anything today

We will have an installation video uploaded to YT and the website soon. On the Satellite unit Traveler 2 and the load wire( probably the other black wire) connect to the red screw. Traveler 1 connects to the brass screw. So try connecting that wire to the same "red screw" as as traveler 2 and see if that solve this cocern and let me know.

It should have rolled out on 9/30 for everyone. Can you send me a screenshot of the firmware update screen and then go to the switch's setting and device info and provide a screen shot of the current loaded firmware version. I'll then reach out to the software team and get a response.

I will have to check. My understanding was the only bug that was known and addressed was the dimming to zero and shut off bug being mentiond here. I am unaware of any other fixes in the FW. I will find out though.

Thats quite a list. I was not aware of any issues with the "nightlight" or Alexa. They might have been mentioned but I did not see that if it was. What i will do is send this specific post to the engineering team to get them to start looking on this. The email address used for your community profile a good way to reach you?

I have sent fairly well detailed bug reports for a week now. @Solla-topee responded right away that you are working on the issue, but all other posts have gone unanswered with no updates since then. The issues I've listed have also been confirmed by at least two others in the forum. The most pressing issue revolves around the inability to toggle the switch off through Alexa Routines. Without the ability to set up Alexa Routines and kasa scenes, the switch is nothing more than a novelty remote control switch and definitely not "smart". Please feel free to email me at carey@informationpages.com directly. I really want to get things fixed and am available for a call or testing most anytime.

I agree with @Connu . When this product was first released to us, it was simply unusable; there was no way to do any testing. This firmware fix has provided basic functionality and has allowed us to test. But, as has been documented, significant issues remain. This is nowhere near the level of your other products. I don't want to pile on or be overly critical, but to say that the firm is unaware of other issues means that no one was paying attention to this message board, post updated firmware release. I will reiterate @Connu 's request; Please address ALL issues within the list that this group of beta testers has worked so hard to provide to you.

Hi @Carl,
I'm a bit confused and disappointed. I just updated and I'm still seeing v1.09 with all the same bugs. Have any of these been resolved? Many of them are showstoppers:
1. The round nightlight is always on regardless of whether the lights are on or off. (remote switch only)
2. The round nightlight is much brighter than other kasa switches including the main switch. (remote switch only)
3. The round nightlight ignores the on/off toggle setting in the kasa app. (remote switch only)
4. The dim level LEDs don't all light up to the left like all the other kasa switches with the v1.09 update installed. (both switches)
5. Long Pressing including custom settings works but Double Tapping doesn't work and behaves like a single tap to turn the lights on or off. (remote switch only)
6. Amazon Routine to toggle switch off fails with Alexa and the kasa app reporting the lights off when they are actually still on.
7. Switch is not editable when setting up a scene. The default setting is 100% and the app won't advance to edit page.
@Carl The beta firmware (1.0.9) is much better (I haven't gotten the 9/30 production firmware yet per our other exchange) but I'm seeing a lot of these as well... they're just not showerstoppers for me. Particularly #4 and #6 - those are the ones affecting me most, but the nightlight on the remote switch is doing the same for me as stated above.
