No but you may want to review the offical responses in this thread for actions you can take.  If they don't help then contact Kasa.Support@tp-link.com so the Kasa team can record your concerns and issues with the product to further investigate.

@Carl I have looked through this whole thread. How do you release a product that is so broken. I have 9 tplink switches in my house and now I see why these are so hard to get.

Did you get a ticket number.  Email support can take up to 1 business day for a response but if its more than that a response should have been recieved.

@Carl This is such bad service. I have to pay to send my RMA back? This is a product issue. Is there a recall coming?

Yes, like with the majority of our industry's manufacturers, the customer is responsible to pay to ship the defective product back to us.  The exception is if you choose one of the advanced options.  With these options, the customer pays a convenience fee to ship the replacement first.  With these options, a free return label is included.  This is not something we hide has we have it clearly stated in our warranty policy, the terms and conditions a customer agrees to each time they register their product, and in the warranty process itself when a customer chooses their shipping option.

As for a recall, No there is not a recall planned because the product concerns have been fix to a functional state.  If you are having specific issues please discuss them here or on a new thread and we would be happy to look them over and address.
