Products are region based, and as such should only be used in the region they are purchased in. the input specifications for our HS200 and HS220 for US based products is 

100 - 120VAC 60Hz Neutral wire required.  Please also note that TP-Link does not have an international warranty program, so if a product becomes defective from use out side the region of origin, we may not be able to provide warranty service for the product.
