Smart Plug Minis having trouble reconnecting to WiFi after router restart

I had to restart my router to deal with some network issues. My network is now working as intended, but all of my smart plugs are flashing blue and won’t connect back to the network. It has now been 15 minutes. How do I get my plugs to reconnect?
