Problems accessing WiFi

I have a variety of devices linked via Kasa and never had trouble with previous set-ups, including smart plug minis, but they are giving me fits right now.
I have been trying to connect several new ones and I'm experiencing the same issue on all.
I can get through the setup process until the very end, when I receive the normal "Almost done, we're connecting to your Wi-Fi" message. It NEVER can connect. I've verified it's attempting to connecting to the correct one. I've reset the plugs multiple times. I'm sick of messing with them at this point.
Any ideas?
My other plugs/items are working with no problems.

I still can't get any of my new smart plugs to work. Can an administrator help? I need to get this issue resolved.

Have you tried with other smart phone?
How about take smart devices closer to your router?
If still no success, try to update the FW manually.
Please have a windows computer to follow the instructions:
1.Make Sure the computer and the smart plug are connected to the same router/modem.
2.Donwload the firmware http://static.tp-link.com/iotUpgradeTool_V1.0.zip to the computer and extract it
3.Click and run the main.exe
4.Click scan button to find the devices on your local network(may click again if your device is not found)
5.Select your device by click it in the devices list box
6.Click upgrade button to start the upgrade procedure
7.The upgrade result will shown in the below log window and progress bar
After that, try to reconfigure them again.
