I plugged in the Smart Plug, downloaded the Kasa app, but apparently I'm not too bright. Every time I try to enter a Device name, it simply says "Failed." WiFi connection is good, so don't know what else is wrong. Thanks for helping a complete novice not feel like he is totally over the technological hill.
