@JediJ What you are explaining is a 4way setup, 3way switch at each end and a 4way switch in the middle. You only need to install one HS210 on the end that has the power/neutral.

@t2merriman The sheetrock hangers may be touching the screws on the switch. Put a wrap or two of electrical tape around the switch to cover the screws. Let us know how it goes.
