@MikeBCT I would try disabling QOS altogether. While I don't have your model router (I have a C5400 model) not using QOS at all restored both my upload and download speeds. Good luck . .

Allow ping from WAN port?
Are there any benefits to un-checking "Allow pings from WAN port" in the Security -> Firewall tab of the router pages?? I have unchecked it and have not seen any problems yet. Looking for opinions...
