@LocoBear When your trying the set up process what color is the light on the front of the deco your tring to set up? Also did you reset every deco by pressing the reset button on the bottom for one...

@LocoBear When you open the app now what is the first screen you see? Are you getting any error messages in the app?

@HSBoston You should be able to go VZ ONT via ethernet --> Deco Unit (Main) + Deco Unit (Satellite) Or VZ ONT via the coax in the office and a MoCA adapter --> Deco Unit (Main) + Deco Unit (Satellite)
